In order to conscientiously do a good job in the first half of the sales analysis, find out the current problems and difficulties, clarify the response measures and work objectives for the second half of the year, and ensure the realization of the annual target, on the morning of July 25, AVIC Elevator Company held a sales work analysis meeting for the first half of 2020. Members of the company's leadership team, sales center, market development department, finance department related personnel attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the relevant heads of the sales center, market development department and finance department reported on the channel sales work, direct sales work, foreign trade sales work and work plans for the second half of 2020.
After listening to the report, Hu Ming, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, put forward opinions and suggestions on the report. He said that in the second half of the year, sales work should focus on market development on the basis of maintaining existing customers, and at the same time pay attention to the training of sales talents, conduct regular training, clarify sales concepts, improve after-sales service, and do a good job in talent reserve. Secondly, we should not only open up the provincial market, but also focus on the domestic market and effectively expand the sales area.
