"The second way is the most smooth in communication, and the construction is relatively smooth. The first way is relatively high in communication cost, which often requires high-level owners to mobilize low-level owners." Xu Junjie said, "The third is more similar to the shared bicycle model, which requires a certain amount of social capital participation and capital-level operations."
He said that from the overall operation of the elevator, the third is not the best choice. "Elevators are special equipment, and their operation needs to be monitored and maintained by special personnel during long-term use." He said, "From this perspective, the rental method cannot guarantee long-term stable operation and maintenance."
In addition, in order to accelerate the transformation of old communities, local governments in different regions have introduced different subsidy policies. Taking Beijing as an example, the subsidy in Chaoyang District may reach 800000, and that in Haidian District may reach 700000. Nationwide, 17 provinces and cities have announced relevant subsidy policies, with subsidies ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands.
"There may be a certain window period for subsidies for the renovation of old city communities." Xu Junjie said, "We judge that it is a better time in three to five years. After three to five years, if the subsidy is reduced, the growth rate of this market will be greatly reduced."

According to the statistics of China Elevator Association, China's elevator market is the largest market in the world. By the end of this year, there will be more than 7 million elevator equipment in operation, and the annual shipment will be close to 900000 units, accounting for nearly 80% of the global market share.
However, this industry is currently facing an increasing degree of dispersion, increasingly fierce competition, and at the same time entering an era of overcapacity. "For elevator companies, new elevators are important, but as the growth rate of new houses gradually slows down, the transformation of old communities and the replacement of old elevators are becoming more and more important." In the old community transformation, the key to test the elevator enterprises, on the one hand, from the accumulation of technology. Last year, Hitachi Elevator introduced a building block elevator installation solution. The elevator shaft was built in a modular form in the factory. The site is only responsible for assembly.
