Main inspection items
Door lock engagement table condition inspection and adjustment
Check whether the meshing distance between the hall door lock hook and the electrical contact reaches more than 7mm and the compression stroke of the contact. If it does not meet the standard requirements, adjust it.
Manual turning operation
The main power switch must be cut off before manual turning gear, the turning gear handwheel must be inserted into the key shaft of the turning gear device, and the turning gear safety switch should disconnect the safety circuit. Manual turning gear shall be operated by more than 2 persons. One person pulls the brake release handle to release the brake, and the other person pulls the turning gear handwheel to move the car slowly. Confirm the level position of the car from the traction rope floor mark, stop turning and reset the brake.
Wear inspection of traction sheave rope groove
Under normal use conditions of the elevator, one or two traction ropes quickly wear and reach the scrap standard, and the depth difference of the traction sheave groove also reaches 1.5mm, which must be replaced or repaired.
The shape of the wheel groove is divided into V-shaped groove, speed cut U-shaped groove, U-shaped groove, the size requirements according to the selected wheel groove type configuration, to reach the standard friction coefficient of the working conditions.
Check wire rope tension
Use a steel ruler and other measuring tools to measure the height of the spring, and adjust the tension by adjusting the position and height of the spring to keep it flush.
Check the clearance between guide shoe and guide rail
The gap size requirements between different guide shoe types and guide rails are different. The gap between sliding guide shoes, fixed guide shoes and guide rails is 1-2mm, while the gap between rolling guide shoes and guide rails is 3mm. A feeler gauge can be used to measure the gap between the guide shoe and the guide rail.
Check brake clearance
Use a feeler gauge to measure, the gap is between 0.2-0.4mm, and both sides need to be checked. To adjust the clearance of the brake system, the handle needs to be inserted and pulled down. Note that the elevator cannot run up when pressing down.
Verify the function of limit switch and limit switch in hoistway
Press the switch to let the elevator down. When the elevator fails and continues to go down, the limit switch and the limit switch slide inward.
Stratum accuracy
When the car goes up and down, the leveling detector senses the leveling pressure plate and then slowly stops. In the leveling state, the horizontal error between the car door sill and the hall door sill is the same level. The basic requirement is that the size is not specified in the national standard. Generally, the manufacturing unit requires the error value to be within 3mm.
