Recently, the residents who live in Ziweiyuan community reflect that a new Mitsubishi elevator is installed in the residential building No. 3 of the community. It has been in use for only 7 days and has been malfunctioning continuously: closing people, rushing to the top, and breaking cables... Every time it makes people "scared". However, after overhaul, the official maintenance personnel of Mitsubishi Elevator only re-welded the broken cable, which made residents feel insecure. They said Mitsubishi should thoroughly repair the elevator and eliminate potential safety hazards.
New elevator failure
Citizen Gong Laobo lived in No. 3 residential building in Ziweiyuan Community for many years. Recently, after the elevator in the building broke down, a brand-new Mitsubishi elevator was installed. But I never expected that the problem not only did not improve, but made the residents more "scared". "This new elevator has only been in use for 7 days, and there have already been three more serious accidents such as customs clearance, roof rush and cable breakage." According to Gong Laobo's recollection, after the official maintenance personnel of Mitsubishi Elevator came to the door, they only welded the broken cable. "As far as we know, if the cable of the elevator is broken, new parts must be replaced, otherwise it will be buried. Security risks."
Gong Laobo also said, "There are only two elevators in total, one is torn down and the other is broken, so the residents can only climb the stairs up and down. There are 24 floors in total, and the residents living in high-rise buildings are really complaining."

Elevator has abnormal noise and jitter
The reporter came to the Ziweiyuan community for an on-the-spot interview and walked into the elevator that had just been repaired and was still in "trial operation" with several residents. Upward, reporters can hear the sharp noise. Then, accompanied by shaking, people involuntarily shook up. The fellow residents couldn't help complaining: "This new elevator has just been repaired. Why is it still like this?" "It's too dangerous. If I didn't live in a high-rise building, I would take the stairs......"
The reporter then contacted the residential property. A staff member admitted that he also received many complaints from residents. "This elevator has only been installed for a week and is still in 'trial run'. We have reported the problem to Mitsubishi Elevator and asked them to send someone to repair it as soon as possible."
Solve problems before Spring Festival
Reporters call Mitsubishi elevator official customer service hotline. A customer service manager surnamed Zhang said: At present, the company will arrange maintenance personnel to be present to repair the elevator as soon as possible. Manager Zhang also promised that Mitsubishi Elevator will negotiate with residents, property and industry committees as soon as possible to further complete the follow-up maintenance.
Reporters learned from Gong Laobo's verification that Mitsubishi did hold a coordination meeting. The other party promised to completely repair, replace cables, unqualified supports and other parts, adjust the balance of the elevator and reduce jitter. "They said that the problem should be completely solved before the Spring Festival. Allah is looking forward to a peaceful life earlier." Old Uncle Gong said.
