It is a large-scale community built earlier in the high-tech zone and one of the communities where elevators were installed earlier in the high-tech zone. Currently, 3 elevators have been built and 3 are being installed. The installation of elevators involves the vital interests of every household. If the details are not handled properly, it is easy to cause conflicts in the neighborhood.
"The top level is definitely willing to install it. Most of the low-level users have different ideas." Speaking of the difficulty of installing elevators, Wang Feng, a resident of Chunhuayuan District, has a deep understanding. Wang Feng's family lives on the top of the building. For several Spring Festival, the old man did not want to come to his house for the Spring Festival because it was inconvenient to climb the stairs. As soon as he heard that the elevator could be installed, Wang Feng immediately took the lead person to solicit opinions one by one, and finally got the support of most residents. However, the "different opinions" of the low-rise residents brought the successful installation work to a standstill.
After several unsuccessful communications, Wang Feng found help from the community. "Through the active coordination of the community, including the leaders of the street office and the leaders of the community, we met and coordinated for many times. Finally, we reached a balance point of appeal. Everyone agreed to install this elevator and realized one of our small wishes." Wang Feng said.
With the help and coordination of the community, the elevator was basically installed in just two months. In order to speed up the progress of elevator installation, Xincheng Street has specially set up a temporary party group composed of street property office, community party committee, community industry committee, property and resident party members. The community gives full play to the role of the Red Industry Committee and the volunteer service team, actively coordinates and understands the demands of residents.
"Because there are adjustments before and after the policy, the community must first do a good job in policy interpretation and guide residents to install elevators." Zhen Jie, a staff member of Jincheng Community in Xincheng Street, told reporters that if there is any contradiction, the community will discuss the solution with the street property office and call all the owners of this unit to hold a coordination meeting in the community to finally promote the solution.
Under the leadership of the Party branch, many communities have innovated ways and means to resolve the contradictions arising from the installation process. Dongming District was built in 1999, with many elderly residents and large demand for elevator installation. After the establishment of the industry committee, the installation of elevators was put on the agenda. The industry committee took the lead, selecting a list of yuan from each unit, investigating and understanding the wishes of each unit, organizing on-the-spot visits of residents, and at the same time making clear paper on the materials and costs required for elevator installation... From preparation to construction, the industry committee has issued more than 10 announcements. It is with the industry committee to take the lead, the current residential elevator installation work is very smooth.
In view of the installation problems that residents cannot solve, Xincheng Street has also set up consultation service windows for installing elevators in old residential areas in various communities, and arranged staff to do a good job in business consultation and application process guidance, so as to jointly explore new paths and modes for elevator installation. In addition, the street has also incorporated the installation of elevators in old residential areas into the practical project of the people's livelihood of the street party committee, strengthened its responsibility, took the initiative, and handed over a warm "answer sheet" for the installation of elevators ".
