Recently, some Nanning citizens reported to the media that their residential elevators failed to pass the normal annual inspection due to the failure of the former property Nanning Zhengda Property Service Co., Ltd. to hand over the information of elevators and elevators to the new property when it withdrew from the residential area. The elevators have been suspended since January 5, seriously affecting their normal travel.
At noon on January 30, the reporter came to the Equality Commercial Building and saw that the elevator door on the first floor had been affixed with a seal from the Market Supervision Administration of Xingning District, Nanning City. Residents said that there are 65 households with a total of more than 200 residents on the 5th to 9th floors of Equality Commercial Building. After the elevator is stopped, residents can only travel through the fire passage, which is very difficult.

Mr. Li said that the elevator was purchased and installed by the former property-Nanning zhengda property service co., ltd. with the public proceeds of the equal commercial building when it entered the site. when the property contract expired and withdrew in early 2019, zhengda property claimed that the elevator property right was theirs and refused to hand over the information of the elevator and elevator to Nanning chongyuan property service co., ltd.
Manager Lu said that they had communicated with Zhengda Property many times and negotiated the handover issue. Recently, the other party has not even answered the phone. The reporter also tried to call Ms. Huang, a person in charge of Zhengda property, but no one answered. Then the reporter contacted the peak community neighborhood committee, the staff said the relevant departments have been involved.
Li Fengling, deputy director of the Gaofeng Community Neighborhood Committee in Xingning District, Nanning City, told reporters that they had already reported the matter to the office, and the Minsheng Sub-district Office had also reported it to the Xingning District Government. The Xingning District Government would coordinate all departments to come down and ask the person in charge of Zhengda to see how to negotiate.
According to the property management regulations of the autonomous region, the property service provider shall, within 10 days from the date of termination of the property service contract, hand over the balance of public revenue and the common part of the owners and withdraw from the property management area.
