On April 16, Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Elevator") successfully held the second and third employee representatives and advanced commendation conferences. The meeting is divided into five parts: reporting on the administrative and financial work in 2020, discussing in groups by staff representatives, reviewing the resolutions of the presidium, filing a case for key work in 2021, commending the advanced and signing the company's "Collective Wage Negotiation Agreement. 86 employee representatives from various positions of the company, as well as the commended 2020 advanced collective representatives and advanced individuals attended the meeting.

Subsequently, the company's chief financial officer Cheng Yi made the 2020 financial work report.
