The owner of the residential area signed a contract with Jiangxi Hengzhou Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2020,And paid 200000 yuan for the project.. At present, only the foundation pit has been made, and the construction team has played "missing", and the project is still in a state of suspension.
At the same time, in the "Hengzhou Elevator Old Building installation contract" provided by the owner, the reporter saw that after receiving the deposit, the company would improve the construction application procedures and complete the elevator delivery within 120 working days. If Party B is late in delivery or Party A is late in payment, the defaulting party will pay liquidated damages to the other party.

Zhanggong District Housing Authority: Elevator Installation Company Will Negotiate with Community Owners
In response, the Zhanggong District Real Estate Administration said in its reply that it was understood that the company began to install elevators in existing residential buildings in Zhanggong District in April 2020, and as of December 2020, it had signed contracts with six residential areas to install elevators.
In response to the current situation encountered by the owners, the Zhanggong District Housing Management Bureau said that the company will negotiate with the owners of the community to solve the problem in the near future, and they will cooperate with the city supervisor, housing construction and territorial attention and follow up the elevator installation dynamics.
