The transformation of shanty towns is a key livelihood project and development project that my country vigorously promotes to improve the living conditions of the people and improve the functions of the city. Recently, Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Elevator") has successfully settled in the Guanzhuang shantytown renovation project in Xinpu New District with high-quality products and efficient services, providing it with 24 passenger elevators.
Guanzhuang shanty town is located on the right side of the intersection of Hubin Road and Fuqian Road in Xinpu New District. The total construction area is 300000 square meters, the above ground construction area is 200000 square meters, and the underground construction area is 100000 square meters. The project has commercial and residential buildings, Commercial buildings, high-rise landscape houses, underground garages and other ancillary infrastructure provide great convenience for local residents' lives.
