An owner waiting for the elevator told reporters that the elevator did stop a few days ago and resumed today.

"In the past month, the elevators of the two buildings have been shut down 10 times." Ms. An said that the two buildings have 34 floors, 6 households on each floor and two elevators. For more than a month, elevators were shut down very frequently, sometimes one. Two days ago, both elevators stopped.

"We all resumed the elevator operation as soon as possible." Director Ran said that the residential property will publicize the elevator maintenance documents as soon as possible, and contact the elevator maintenance company at the same time. In the near future, an all-round inspection will be carried out on the elevator. According to the inspection results of the elevator, the next repair or maintenance plan for the elevator will be formulated and the results will be publicized to the owner.

In view of the problem that the elevator shaft is prone to water accumulation, the guardrail of the elevator shaft will be raised after discussion with the elevator maintenance company in the near future to prevent water from pouring into the elevator shaft.
