According to his recollection, when he came to the company in 2001, he was mainly engaged in elevator installation and maintenance. At that time, the conditions were extremely difficult. A business trip was several months. During the work process, he had to solve the problem of food and clothing by himself. Many people in the same trade could not adapt and felt hard. However, because he had too much curiosity about this position and wanted to learn too many things, he had no time to complain, it is a whole day to immerse oneself in work and study, and discuss working methods and working experience with colleagues in the same trade whenever you are free.
Li Kaixiang said that whether it is work or study, new things are always attractive to me. I am willing to delve into some new technologies. New things are discovered or invented by others, but I hope to use my own efforts. Turn it into your own thing. Thanks to his efforts, in less than a year, Li Kaixiang was able to complete the task independently, and some technical difficulties could be solved independently.
He said that he was able to quickly enter the working state and achieve good results in some subsequent competitions, which was inseparable from the earnest teaching of his master and the recognition and cultivation of his predecessors in the company. The master not only taught him the technique of work, but also taught him the truth of life and the correct attitude towards life. "At work, the master always tries his best to teach us new knowledge." In life, he always emphasizes the word responsibility. "Work and life are always interlinked. Life shoulders one's own responsibilities. Work can be done well".
The company's predecessors also gave him great help in their work. Before participating in the 2018 and 2019 "the belt and road initiative and BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition", skills training, professional guidance and care encouragement were all available. Therefore, the 2018 belt and road initiative and BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition won the second prize for the International Elite Invitational Competition for Elevator Installation and Maintenance Technology, 2019 Belt and Road Initiative and BRICS skills Development and technological Innovation Competition-the first Elevator Engineering Technology Competition won the second prize of the group. He felt that there was nothing to be particularly proud of. The talents behind him who paid silently were really great. It was their help and dedication that made him have today's aura.
Now, for his apprentice, he also follows the pattern that his master took him before, shouldering his own responsibility in the process of work and guiding them to take the initiative to learn; trying his best to teach them technically so that they can avoid detours; make friends with them in life, enlighten them and establish a correct outlook on life. He said that too many words of thanks to those who have helped him are just a formality, and it may be the best way to extend their help from him to others. Sheep have the grace of kneeling, crow has the intention of feeding back, great love is silent, gratitude is silent, and action is perhaps the best way to thank those who deserve gratitude.
A touching feeling of gratitude is not as good as a silent trip of gratitude. Li Kaixiang is such a simple actor, silently sticking to it, ordinary and great.
