Feng Guoshun profile
Feng Guoshun, a member of the Communist Party of China, joined Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. in 2002, and has been engaged in elevator installation, maintenance, commissioning and inspection. In the past 18 years, Feng Guoshun has been buried in the elevator business, with countless sweat and hard work to stick to, write a song of the elevator craftsman.
Honor received
In 2015, won the first national elevator installation competition group and individual second prize, theoretical single award;
2017 China Skills Competition - "Luban Cup" the first national elevator installation and maintenance workers professional skills competition elevator installation group first prize, personal first prize;

The word responsibility can be written simply in a few strokes, but if you have to count its meaning, it is estimated that not many people can say it clearly. When talking to Fung Kwok-shun, the word that comes out of his mouth most often is "responsibility". "Responsibility" is the most serious attitude he takes to the job.
When it comes to honor, he always says: Honor passes, but responsibility remains. He has never been proud of these honors he has won, and he uses them as a tool to show off to others, but he is more humble. He said: Honor is through their own efforts to get a reward, in order to live up to this honor, I should work harder. With great honor comes great responsibility. Especially the work they are now engaged in - commissioning and testing, for the elevator, every elevator out must be qualified, so as to ensure the safety of people taking the elevator and provide a guarantee for them to take the elevator. This has high requirements for the inspection work, and we must be responsible for the quality and safety of the elevator.
According to Feng Guoshun recalled that he came to AVIC elevator to work after graduating from school in 2002, when the elevator was not as popular as now, I felt that the elevator was a very tall thing, and at that time I was determined to make a difference in this industry. However, because it is the first time to contact this industry, the lack of solid professional knowledge and skilled technology, the initial feel very difficult. In order to devote himself to the work as soon as possible, he followed the master to the front line during the day, carried out the elevator installation under the guidance of the master, summarized the work during the day at night, and looked at the information by himself to digest the new knowledge.
After a period of precipitation, Feng Guoshun began to be sent to the project site for elevator installation and maintenance. To this day, he still remembers the scene of the first elevator repair. "At that time, only I went alone, during the maintenance process because of tension, accidentally set the factory Settings for the elevator, resulting in the elevator can not operate normally, at that time it was night, can not contact the master and technical personnel, can only repeat again and again in the heart: calm down, think of a way." Then pick up the manual again, word by word to think, successful maintenance. "At that time, I felt that I had taken a new big step in the elevator industry." As an installation and maintenance personnel, there will certainly be many emergencies during the work process, and calm is the first step to successfully solve the problem. Today, he is an excellent "elevator man".

He said: the elevator industry is not only his work, but also his interest, as long as contact with the elevator industry new things will be very happy, will try to understand it. As the saying goes: interest is the best teacher, it is because of his love for the work, so that he can keep his passion for the work in these 18 years, and this passion as a responsibility to continue.
"Conscientiously do things, simply be a man" is Feng Guoshun has always adhered to the belief in life. With this life standard, he worked hard in his post and created extraordinary deeds with ordinary hands. His serious work, the simplicity of doing a good job, have added a different color to ordinary life. He always said: there will be many difficulties on the road of life, but as long as we have firm confidence and make up our minds, there will be no problems that cannot be solved and difficulties that cannot be overcome.
