Order immediate suspension of work for rectification.

But,An engineering company in Anhui did not carry out rectification, resulting in the inability to carry out the completion acceptance of the project and the installation of elevators could not be delivered for use.

The owners of Building 34 of Fengheyuan have negotiated with an engineering company in Anhui many times, but the problem has not been solved, and the installed elevator cannot be used for a long time. In January this year, seven owners jointly sued the company.After the first-instance judgment of the Baohe District Court of Hefei City, it agreed to terminate the elevator installation contract, requiring an Anhui engineering company to dismantle the installed elevators and ancillary facilities, and refund the 250000 yuan project payment collected. Owners may also claim restitution, other remedies and the right to claim damages.

In March this year, Kang Ge received a complaint from the owner of Building 34 of Fenghe Garden and went to the site for a special inspection. It was found that the installed elevator was more beautiful from the outside, integrated with the old building, and an anti-theft door was installed on the side of the unit door. When entering the residents' homes, they can see that the elevators are not fully completed and cannot be used, and some of the steel structures of the corridors are rusty. The ground pattern steel plate is exposed, and people walk on it with obvious shaking.

In the process of installing elevators in Building 34 of Fengheyuan, because some owners have professional knowledge in construction, they found problems with the quality of the project in time, otherwise it would be difficult for other owners to find quality problems. If you are fooled by the elevator company, there may be no problem in the short term, and serious safety problems may occur after many years, and even endanger the safety of the old building. At present, the installation of elevators in Hefei and even the whole country is surging, and residents have a strong desire to install elevators.
