The elevator installation has been publicized, but some residents suddenly repent.
Ms. Chang introduced that the residential building where she is located belongs to an old community, with a total of two units, 8 stories high, and 32 owners. According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Addition of Elevators to Existing Residential Buildings in Urban Planning Areas" issued by Luzhou City, only 2 units of the residential building meet the relevant requirements, and it happens that an elevator installation company has found residents, so many residents have the idea of installing elevators. Soon the residents signed and sealed the publicity documents according to the procedures and publicized them for 10 days, and the residents on the fourth floor and above also paid the installation fee.
“As far as I know, each owner signed and agreed, and then we handed over the deposit of 50000 yuan to the installation company, and another 420000 yuan to several owners for common custody.." Ms. Chang said,After the expiration of the publicity period, the community will call the residents of the building for their opinions and return visits before stamping,But one of the residents suddenly repented and said on the phone that they did not agree to install the elevator.
Since then, the situation has not been dealt. The elevator deposit paid by the residents cannot be returned temporarily due to the relevant provisions in the signed contract. I hope the relevant departments can help solve this problem.
Collect opinions within two days and coordinate to solve problems
The community staff of Shengli Street, Yongning Street, Naxi District, said that after receiving the feedback from the residents, the community immediately visited the residential building and learned from the grid staff that there were still about 5 households in the residential building. The residents have not expressed their opinions on the installation of elevators. According to the relevant regulations, after the owners of the residential building 2/3 agree to the installation, if the owners of the remaining 1/3 do not agree or object, the elevator can also be installed; but if someone opposes the installation of the elevator, it cannot be installed.
"Within two days, we will organize personnel to go door-to-door to collect opinions and verify the installation opinions of the owners of each household. If the number of households opposing the installation of elevators is relatively small, we can coordinate from it to try to reach a consensus of opinion and cooperate with the lead housing and construction department to coordinate and deal with the problem." The staff member said that if the residents still have objections after the opinions are collected and coordinated, resulting in the elevator being unable to be installed, and the residents refund the installation deposit, if the community needs to further negotiate with the installation company, they can call the community telephone (4293174) to reflect and consult, and the community will actively coordinate and deal with the matter.
