The transformation target of old residential areas is those that were built before 2000, which has been more than 20 years ago. As we all know, the quality of housing construction in many communities in our country is not so reliable. Even in the new communities now, there are many quality problems. The elevator is installed outside the building, the volume is not small, plus the corridor, the whole occupied space is still very large. If the angle is not appropriate, then even for residents above the 3rd floor or even the 8th floor, it is inevitable that the light will be blocked in the house near the elevator.
Another problem is the noise. When there is no elevator, many residents go up and down very few times a day, but with elevators, the number will increase.
In the past, the walls of the old houses were not very thick, and the sound insulation was very poor. Although the sound of some elevators every time they opened and closed the doors was not very loud, too many times would also affect the residents close to the elevators. Especially the kind of shared elevator, residents often rub the elevator in groups, many people loud, it will also bring a certain amount of noise.
