In order to comprehensively summarize the work situation in 2021 and work together to achieve the company's 2022 development target, on January 15, Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AVIC Elevator") held the 2021 organizational performance appraisal and cadre debriefing and honesty conference, with the participation of members of the company's leadership team, middle-level cadres and some employee representatives.
At the meeting, Deng Jianglong, deputy secretary of the company's party committee, put forward specific requirements for this assessment. Subsequently, the heads of various departments summarized and reported the actual work situation in 2021 in turn, carefully analyzed themselves with a realistic attitude, found out the weaknesses of the department, and reported the work objectives and specific measures for the next year. Participants follow the principles of objectivity and impartiality, and score the debriefing personnel on site in combination with reporting and daily work.
After the completion of the debriefing of various departments, Zhu Jie, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of the company, affirmed the achievements made by various departments in the past year, and said: in 2021, with the joint efforts of all cadres and workers, the company's various businesses have been steadily improved, and the production and operation objectives have been exceeded. In 2022, I hope everyone will continue to strengthen their confidence, forge ahead with passion, take the initiative, and make more contributions to the company's sustained and high-quality development.
Subsequently, the company's party secretary, chairman Hu Ming made a concluding speech. Hu Ming first commented on the work of various departments and put forward requirements for doing a good job in the future. First, all departments should continue to carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit of passion, innovation and transcendence, base themselves on their posts, and plan officers to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company's various businesses. Second, all departments should closely follow national policies, focus on the company's development goals, earnestly implement the company's decision-making and deployment, and focus on market development, project construction, to ensure that all work will reach a new level in 2022; third, all cadres and workers should further improve their awareness of clean government, strengthen business learning, become talents in the new era who meet the needs of the times and the development needs of AVIC Elevator, and contribute more to the high-quality development of the company!
