On January 18, as soon as he arrived at the headquarters of the delegation, Hu Ming, deputy to the provincial people's Congress and secretary of the party committee and chairman of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd., began to carefully revise and improve his suggestions.
If industry is prosperous, all industries will be prosperous, and if industry is strong, all industries will be strong. Guizhou is fully implementing the industrial multiplication action and striving to promote industrial breakthroughs. So how can industrial enterprises achieve high-quality development and add impetus to the province's economy and society? As a representative of advanced equipment manufacturing enterprises, Hu Ming has been investigating and thinking about how to accelerate the high-quality development of industrial enterprises.
Hu Ming introduced that AVIC Elevator is the only high-tech enterprise in Guizhou Province that integrates elevator design, production, installation, transformation, and maintenance. With the strong support of governments at all levels in Guizhou, the company's order volume in 2021 increased by 52.5 year-on-year, and the elevator export trade achieved a year-on-year growth of 300. A total of nearly 100 elevators were exported to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia and other countries.
"During the development period, we have also carried out mixed system restructuring, introduced R & D teams, professional managers, etc., but if we want to develop in the long run and become a world-class enterprise, AVIC Elevator is facing the same development dilemma as most enterprises in Guizhou." Hu Ming said that the innovation of business management concepts, the introduction of high-end talents, continuous investment in research and development, equipment upgrading, market support and other aspects all affect the development of enterprises.
In view of these problems, Hu Ming suggested that industrial enterprises should adhere to high-quality development. First, enterprises should select good products and determine products that adapt to the market and have market prospects. Second, enterprises should take a long-term view and make medium-and long-term development plans. The third is to increase the introduction of talents and have a reserve of periodic high-end talents. Fourth, there should be large long-term R & D investment. Fifth, there should be innovative thinking; six is to have government support.
