That is to say, if the frequency of elevators used on which floor is high, then the investment will be more. For example, people on the first and second floors do not need elevators, so they do not need to spend money. Then the degree of elevators used from the third floor to the sixth floor is different, so the proportion of capital contribution is also different. For example, the third floor has to pay 25% of the cost, while the sixth floor has to pay 40% of the cost, and then among the capital contributions from the third floor to the sixth floor, more than 30% of the funds will be compensated to the residents on the first and second floors.
When this plan was worked out, many low-rise users also supported it, but many residents on the 6th floor did not support it, because residents on the 6th floor felt that 40% of the funds were relatively large. Many residents on the 6th floor said that if elevators need to be installed, even if the subsidy is deducted, it will cost a lot of money. After deduction, it is 250000. If calculated according to 40%, it will cost 100000 yuan, that is, one household will take 50000 yuan. The old community basically lives in the elderly, and their income is not very large. They basically live on pensions. This 50000 yuan may be more than half a year's income for them, so the installation of elevators is again. Stranded.
Later, many places issued new regulations, that is, the housing provident fund can be reimbursed for the cost of installing elevators, and then Lao Wang's community also heard about this matter, and many residents on the 6th floor also began to agree to install elevators. After all, the provident fund can start to reimburse expenses, reducing most of the expenses for the family.
