Because the normal operation and safety of the elevator cannot be guaranteed in this case, once the passengers enter the car, they may be trapped in the elevator at any time. Also, you can't take an elevator during an earthquake. It is very dangerous for passengers to be trapped in the car in case of fire or earthquake.
In addition, the fireman elevator with special design requirements can only be operated and used by trained firefighters in the event of a fire in a building. Ordinary passengers cannot trigger the fire operation function and cannot take the fireman elevator to escape safely.
