The announcement shows that since the project was suspended in 2015, the building has been topped, the internal partition wall has been built and some have been sold.
In that public auction, Tongxiang Xinhu Shenghua Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid and became the new developer of Wanda Yipin, and carried out follow-up development.
Mr. Zhao, the owner of the community, believes that since the developer has taken over the building, it has the responsibility and obligation to improve the basic public facilities of the community, "especially the fire-fighting facilities, once there is a fire, the consequences will be unimaginable."

Mr. Zhao said that a few months ago, they also negotiated with developers on issues such as community safety hazards and fire-fighting facilities under the witness of the property and the community, and provided live videos at the time. In the video, the reporter saw that after reading the list of problems listed by the owner's representatives, the developer's representative left the scene quickly with the sentence "I can't express myself", and the negotiation ended without a problem.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau said that he had not heard of the Wanda Yipin community problem before. Prior to the change in the national fire protection policy in May 2019, fire protection acceptance was not under the management of the Housing and Construction Bureau, and the previous policy was to implement a spot check system for buildings below 54 meters during fire protection acceptance.
