Third, after the installation of the elevator, the low-floor house will depreciate. In old communities, low-floor houses themselves will have more advantages because of the convenience of travel. Many people will not consider this when buying these old houses, so they will give priority to low-floor houses. However, after the installation of elevators, the problem of convenient travel will be solved. At this time, people may choose to buy houses on high floors. At that time, houses on low floors will depreciate and it will be difficult to sell.
This shows that there is no problem with the idea of low-floor owners. In order to install the elevator, a new solution was proposed, that is, the owners on the first and second floors do not need to bear any elevator costs, the third floor bears 20%, the fourth and fifth floors bear 30%, and the sixth floor bear 40%. 20% of the excess is to compensate the owners of the first and second floors. In the subsequent maintenance process, the owners of the middle and high floors also need to bear the corresponding costs in proportion.

This plan was passed, so the installation of the elevator was finalized, but when the elevator was really installed, the owner of the sixth floor was not happy. He spent double the money and bought three "big troubles". What's going on?
First, the elevator cost is too high. And the elevator will also bring noise, which will disturb the rest of the owners.
Third, the structure of the house is affected. The house itself in the old community has been more than 20 years old, and the overall structure has been aging. After installing elevators, the life of the old house will only be further shortened. This situation is also very unfavorable for the owners.
