On July 31, the Changle County Fire Command Center received an alarm saying that an old man was trapped in an elevator in a building in the city. The situation was urgent. After receiving the alarm, the command center immediately dispatched rescue personnel to the scene for disposal.
After the rescuers arrived at the scene, they found that the trapped person was a woman who fell from the third floor due to a sudden failure of the elevator. Due to the impact, the old man was unable to move after falling to the ground.
In order to avoid secondary injuries, a medical staff also entered the elevator to participate in on-site rescue. He rescued the old man with rescuers, carefully transferred him to a stretcher, and then carried him out of the elevator car safely.
After nearly 20 minutes of intense rescue, the trapped old man was successfully rescued. She was immediately taken to hospital for treatment.
