At about 18: 30 on August 5, 2022, a person was trapped in an elevator in a hotel in Tai 'an. After receiving the alarm, Tai'an Fire Rescue Detachment immediately dispatched Caiyuan Fire Station to the scene for disposal.
After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, they learned that one person was trapped in the elevator. The car was located between the 6th floor and the 7th floor. The fire rescue personnel set up a safety officer on the scene and used the elevator key to open the elevator car on the 6th floor. After many attempts, it could not be opened. Then two fire rescue personnel went to the 7th floor to try to open the elevator car. After 5 minutes of intense rescue, the elevator car door was successfully opened from the 7th floor, and the personnel on the 6th floor assisted the trapped personnel to leave the elevator.
The fire department reminds that when the elevator fails, if the elevator suddenly stops, first of all, don't panic. You can try to press the door opening button continuously and call the elevator maintenance unit or the alarm phone for help through the intercom or mobile phone in the elevator. You can also pass the trapped information to the outside world by shouting for help. Don't force the door or try to climb out of the ceiling of the car.
