"It broke down twice in two months, once for more than 20 days." On August 2, Mr. Wei, a citizen of Zhengzhou, reported to reporters that the elevator of Building 59 in the fourth phase of Fenghe Rili Community broke down in early June and was repaired for more than 20 days before it was restored at the end of the month. "Less than 20 days of operation, the elevator broke down again on July 20!"

It reflects that the elevator broke down less than 20 days after it was repaired.
Mr. Wei said that in the past two months, the elevator in their building has broken down twice. Last time, the property replaced the parts of another elevator and repaired it for more than 20 days. This time, I communicated with the property many times and did not repair it. When I asked about the property, I said I had no money. Now when repairing the elevator, the property said it would use the maintenance fund.
When learning about the situation in Building 59, Ms. Li, who is in her 60 s, told reporters that the elevator is always broken. Now it is very inconvenient for her and her wife to go downstairs. Sometimes it takes more than 20 minutes to go upstairs.
"Our building has 33 floors, 6 households on each floor, and now it all depends on one elevator. "There are a lot of old people and children in the whole building. When the students start school at the end of August, an elevator can't satisfy them at all." Mr. Wei said that the owners of the lower floors can still take the stairs, while the remaining high-rise residents can't.
Property is not convenient to interview

In addition, he refused to accept any interview. At the same time, the man claimed that there would be someone to contact reporters.

On August 4, a staff member of Zhengzhou Fengheli Community told reporters, "A few days ago, representatives of the community, sub-district offices, property, police stations, housing management bureaus, and owners' representatives have negotiated. After negotiation, several parties have decided to fix the elevator and resume operation this week."
On August 8, the reporter contacted the owner Mr. Wei again to learn about the latest progress. Mr. Wei said that the property began to repair the elevator last Saturday and asked the maintenance workers to learn that the elevator was seriously damaged and was expected to be repaired and resumed operation in a few days.
