On October 8, the reporter came to No. 18 Jiangcheng Road in Hangzhou again, where the elevator was still not installed. Zhang Yinke, secretary of the Xingong community, told reporters: "After consultation and agreement with the residents, a construction party has been replaced.On September 21, an order was placed for a new elevator.If it goes well, it will be installed in about a week. After the replacement of the construction party, the project cost generated some price difference, but the negotiation was relatively smooth, and the construction party agreed to erase the price difference."
