On the other hand, during the "blank" period of selecting and hiring a property company, the street office can try to push the neighborhood committee to act as the property company, sign a contract with the elevator maintenance unit, and change and transfer the signing subject after the property company moves in in the future. However, the street office still needs to demonstrate whether this practice conforms to the procedure.
Regarding the use of relevant maintenance funds to replace elevators, the street office will negotiate with the neighborhood committee to strive for synchronization with the replacement of fire-fighting facilities in the community. Regarding the wiring problem between Building 39 and Building 21, they have consulted professional departments and plan to solve the problem within two weeks to eliminate the hidden dangers of residents' travel.
