In order to further improve the legal awareness of the company's employees and effectively prevent legal risks in the process of contract signing and performance, on November 29, the discipline inspection and Audit Department of AVIC Elevator Company organized more than 60 leaders of various departments and relevant employees to carry out enterprise contract risk prevention training.

This training specially invited lawyer He Han, senior partner and deputy director of Guizhou New Long March Law Firm, to give lectures for everyone. He popularized the knowledge of contract law regulations from the credit investigation before signing the contract, the standard form of the contract, the examination and approval of the contract, the handling of breach of contract, the archiving of the contract, etc., and combined with the actual situation of the company, he carefully analyzed the contract risks, control measures and key points for attention. In the final interactive session, He Han also answered various questions about the contract raised by the employees on the spot.
