2., the new version of the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" clearly stipulates that "or if the elevator user intends to choose the unit with corresponding qualifications to carry out elevator transformation and major repair, the unit with corresponding qualifications can carry out elevator transformation and major repair". There is no doubt about this. As long as there is an elevator transformation, major repair qualification with the consent of the elevator user unit can be transformed and major repairs to the elevator.
3. the implementation of the new version of "Special Equipment Production and Filling" on June 1, 2019, relevant departments will no longer issue elevator renovation qualifications to elevator maintenance companies, and the renovation project will not be completed after the renovation qualifications obtained by the maintenance units expire and are renewed. If you obtained the transformation qualification on May 31, 2019, it will be valid until May 30, 2023, so basically all maintenance companies in mainland China (except Beijing) will no longer have the transformation qualification after June 1, 2023. The situation in Beijing is quite special. Beijing implemented a new regulation on March 20, 2018. If the qualification obtained on March 21, 2018 is valid for 8 years, that is, it expires on March 20, 2026. However, there should not be many such maintenance companies.
4. elevator overhaul does not require the original factory authorization, this is good for all elevator companies.
5. elevator renovation does not require the authorization of the original factory. How can maintenance companies without renovation qualifications carry out business. We know that there are many doorways in elevator renovation. Some elevator maintenance companies have certain relationships. He can get the renovation business of this project. At this time, he only needs to find an elevator factory with elevator renovation qualification to cooperate. The qualification of the elevator factory goes through the renovation procedures, and the elevator manufacturer provides technical support. This model of dealers taking projects and elevator manufacturers offering quality and technical support will definitely become the mainstream after the implementation of the new version of the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations.
6. the elevator transformation no longer requires the authorization of the original manufacturer, will the elevator market be more chaotic? This worry is superfluous, who is responsible for the safety performance of the elevator. At present, the elevator transformation put into use before January 1, 2014 does not need the authorization of the original manufacturer.
