The Yukunzhi Model Worker Innovation Studio of AVIC Elevator has been awarded the title of 'Model Worker (Craftsman) Innovation Studio of Zunyi City'.
On December 6, the Yukunzhi Model Worker Innovation Studio of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. was recognized by the expert evaluation team during the 'Model Worker Craftsman Assist Enterprises' and the display of innovative achievements by model workers and craftsmen in Zunyi City, and received an official plaque from the Zunyi City Federation of Trade Unions.
The Yukunzhi Model Worker Innovation Studio is a concrete practice of AVIC Elevator's strategy of 'Technology Strengthens Enterprises' and 'Talent Strengthens Enterprises', and vividly reflects AVIC Elevator's focus on technological innovation and talent development. By establishing the model worker studio, it fully leverages the exemplary role of model workers and skilled talents in promoting talent cultivation and technological innovation within the company, inspiring the enthusiasm of a wide range of employees to engage in entrepreneurship.
Since starting his career in 1996, Yukunzhi has been deeply involved in the elevator field, long working on the front lines to tackle difficult problems in elevator installation, maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and renovation. He has successively received honors such as the Guizhou Province May 1st Labor Medal, Senior Technician from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and in 2023, he was awarded the State Council Special Allowance Expert, setting an example for the team with his professional and innovative spirit.
The studio is divided into two parts: the expert group and the member group. The expert group is led by the company's chairman and senior engineer Hu Ming, with other leaders serving as deputy leaders. The expert group consists of 2 senior engineers, 3 senior engineers, and 1 senior technician; the member group is composed of technical backbones from various departments of the company, including 1 senior engineer, 2 engineers, 2 assistant engineers, 3 senior technicians, and 3 technicians.
The studio focuses on technological innovation, technical breakthroughs, and talent cultivation, utilizing a self-developed elevator simulation teaching platform for studio use, allowing newly hired elevator installation and maintenance employees to receive adequate pre-job training, cultivating a group of high-quality, skilled backbone talents. Since 2018, more than 20 contestants representing the company in international and domestic elevator industry skill competitions have achieved first-place results for several consecutive years.
The studio takes elevator installation, maintenance, renovation, and old building installation as innovation topics, achieving improvements and innovations in some products and production processes. Among them, there are 2 results in production process transformation, 4 results in product optimization transformation, and 12 utility model patent results, including five patents: 'A device for measuring elevator steel wire rope', 'A traction machine frame for passenger elevators', 'A manual rope arrangement device for elevator steel wire ropes', 'A device for detecting the breakage of elevator traction steel wire ropes', and 'A new type of shockproof elevator car frame', all of which have been fully transformed and applied. Additionally, with standardized teaching materials as an innovation topic, the studio has established 'Guizhou AVIC Elevator Manufacturing and Installation Safety Specifications' and 'Question Bank for Elevator Installation and Maintenance Worker Vocational Skill Level Assessment', promoting standardized training content in elevator mechanical principles, elevator control systems, elevator installation, elevator maintenance, and elevator IoT, with a total of 400 trainees, and participated in the drafting of the industry standard 'National Occupational Skill Standard for Elevator Assembly and Debugging Workers'.
In the future, the Yukunzhi Model Worker Innovation Studio of AVIC Elevator will continue to uphold the 'Model Worker Spirit' of unity, cooperation, and striving for technological peaks, and will continue to play a leading role in aspects such as teacher-student skill transmission, skill breakthroughs, craftsmanship inheritance, and skill promotion, fully leveraging the exemplary role of model workers and skilled talents to contribute to the development of Guizhou's equipment manufacturing industry!
