AVIC Elevator Company held the 2024 December Cadre and Employee Conference.
On the morning of December 9, 2024, AVIC Elevator Company held the 2024 December Cadre and Employee Conference in Meeting Room 501 to convey and study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on safety production and to report on the company's production and operation situation. More than 90 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, middle-level management personnel, and employee representatives.
The meeting emphasized:All cadres and employees of the companyFirst,we must strengthen political theory learning and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions with a high degree of political consciousness, ideological consciousness, and action consciousness.Second,we must firmly establish the concept of 'no confidential information online, and no online information is confidential', do a good job in confidentiality work, and implement confidentiality responsibilities; we must enhance awareness of fraud prevention, especially financial personnel must remain vigilant at all times to firmly safeguard the company's property safety; we must strengthen the management of public opinion platforms, resolutely avoid spreading rumors, and adhere to the main theme while promoting positive energy.Third,we must deepen internal enterprise reform and effectively promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. We must strengthen performance assessment, fully reflect the employment orientation of 'willing to work, able to work, and working well', and fully utilize the guiding role of performance assessment.Fourth,we must increase market development efforts, fully utilize the opportunities presented by the construction of Zunyi as a provincial sub-center, the cultivation of strong state-owned enterprises through 'one city, one demonstration', the development of new quality productivity, and the construction of elevator industry clusters, and vigorously develop markets such as trade-in and installation in old buildings. We must actively explore overseas markets in Central Asia, Russia, and Southeast Asia around the opportunities of the 'Belt and Road' initiative, continuously increase market share, and strive to create a new situation in foreign trade work.Fifth,we must fully implement safety production policies and guidelines, strictly adhere to regulations in production, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, and resolutely build a solid safety production line; we must consciously comply with traffic regulations, always remember the serious consequences of drunk driving, and be responsible for ourselves and our families, firmly preventing drunk driving behaviors.
The meeting also reported on the company's production and operation, safety production, environmental protection, and product quality in November. Vice General Manager Chen Yue conducted a training session for cadres and employees themed 'A Brief Analysis of Compliance Management and Risk Prevention in State-Owned Enterprises' and organized the viewing of related warning education promotional videos.
