On July 24, the reporter visited Hulunbuir New Village and found that there were only two buildings in the community, with floors as high as 23 floors, and several elderly people were walking sporadically downstairs. Grandma Wang, who was walking, said that she was 72 years old and lived on the third floor of a building, so she could still go downstairs for a walk. The old people living in high-rise buildings could not go out for a walk at all. Before, there was no one to entertain in the lively recreation room on the overhead floor downstairs.
Ms. Xia, who lives on the 23rd floor of a building, said that because the elevator has been out of service for a long time and she lives in a high-rise building, she has quit her job and returned to her hometown of Huangshi City, Hubei Province. After the elevator is repaired, she will return to Lingao to find a job and continue her life.
As for the reasons for the shutdown of elevators in the community, the owners only know that they have been seized by law enforcement departments, and the specific reasons for the seizure are not very clear, and it is not clear how to resume use.

Considering the safety of the residents in the community, the bureau sealed up the elevators with serious potential safety hazards in accordance with the law, obtained an effective elevator inspection report to eliminate the potential safety hazards, and unsealed the three elevators involved in accordance with the law.
The daily property fee paid by the owner includes the elevator maintenance cost. Is the property company responsible for the elevator maintenance? Director Lin of the property company said that the maintenance is a large-scale maintenance, and the amount required is 138000 yuan. It is necessary to use the community public maintenance fund to carry out the maintenance.
Chen Chaogang, director of Hulunbuir New Village Industry Committee, said that applying for a public maintenance fund to repair the elevators in the residential area requires the signature and consent of the owners of the residential area 2/3, while many owners of the residential area are old migratory birds who do not live in Lingao at this time and cannot sign and consent. There are still a few owners who are unwilling to sign, which makes it impossible to apply for the public maintenance fund.
