Focus on catering operations and other units, increase the investigation of sundry elevators, and for various types of "vegetable elevators" that do not meet relevant safety technical specifications and standards, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of the Main Responsibility for the Use of Safety by Special Equipment Users", Order to stop using, dismantle or reinstall sundry elevators that meet the requirements within a time limit. It can be seen that the "vegetable ladder", as a special equipment such as fake replacement, if it is not managed and inspected in accordance with laws and regulations, there will be huge safety risks.
What must be done by sundry elevator users
As a special equipment, the sundries elevator needs to be managed in accordance with the "Special Equipment Safety Law" and other laws and regulations. As an elevator user, the user is the first person responsible for safety and needs to do the following:
1. Purchase sundries elevators produced according to law and qualified by inspection. The manufacturer shall obtain a production license, and the sundries elevator shall go through supervision and inspection when leaving the factory, and have a certificate of product quality.
2, to handle inspection and use registration. After the installation of the sundries elevator, it shall go through the installation supervision and inspection, and go through the use registration within 30 days before and after it is put into use, and obtain the use registration certificate.
3, to carry out regular inspection. The sundries elevator shall be subject to regular inspection and shall apply for regular inspection one month before the expiration of the inspection validity period.
4, to carry out regular maintenance. Sundries elevator users should entrust a qualified maintenance unit regular maintenance, and maintenance records.
5. The unit using the sundries elevator shall establish safety technical files. Including:(1) design documents, product quality certificate, installation and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificates and other relevant technical data and documents;(2) Regular inspection and regular self-inspection records;(3) Daily use records;(4) Maintenance records of sundry elevators and their auxiliary instruments;(5) Operation failure and accident records.
Sundry elevator use units should comply with what terms
According to the relevant provisions of the the People's Republic of China Special Equipment Safety Law, the elevator user shall be responsible for the safety of the use of special equipment, is the first person responsible for safety, and needs to abide by the following provisions:
Article 33The unit using the special equipment shall register the use of the special equipment with the department responsible for the safety supervision and management of the special equipment before or within 30 days after the special equipment is put into use, and obtain the use registration certificate. The registration mark shall be placed in a prominent position of the special equipment.
Article 32Units using special equipment shall use special equipment that has been licensed for production and has passed the inspection.
Article 40Special equipment users shall, in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications, put forward regular inspection requirements to the special equipment inspection agency one month before the expiration of the inspection period. The unit using special equipment shall place the periodic inspection mark in a prominent position of the special equipment.
Special equipment that has not been regularly inspected or failed to pass the inspection shall not continue to be used.Use.
