The monitoring screen showed that at 23:17 on the evening of September 17, the girl entered the elevator alone to the negative first floor, left the elevator at 23:20, entered another elevator at 23:22, and stood behind the elevator. At 2:35 a.m. on September 18, it can be seen from the reflection of the elevator that she was lying asleep until the security guard saw her at 3:28.

According to the girl's family, at 4:30 a.m. on September 18, they were woken up by the security guard, only to learn that the child ran out alone when he was asleep.
