In July this year, the community joint industry committee and the property installed a ladder resistance system and an electric bicycle charging shed in the residential area, and posted a "no electric bicycle entering the ladder" prompt post on the elevator door. "After the installation of the ladder group system, the situation of electric bicycles going upstairs in the community is indeed gone, and the residents' awareness of fire safety has also been greatly improved." Property management personnel said that since the industry committee funded the installation of equipment this year, it took only one month to complete the installation of all equipment in the community. Now there are six charging sheds in the community, basically meeting the charging needs of residents.
"The installation of the ladder resistance system is only a technical level to prevent electric bicycles from entering the elevator upstairs. In the future, it is necessary for each community to strengthen daily management, maintain the system regularly, and continuously improve the safety awareness of the majority of residents." Tao Zhubo, a fire supervisor of the new district fire rescue brigade, said that the ladder resistance system is still in the stage of expanding coverage and gradually optimizing. Some residential ladder resistance systems still have identification errors. The fire brigade will actively contact the property units, urge them to carry out maintenance and rectification, and continuously protect the safety and stability of the new district.
