Selling 'Elevator + Technology', AVIC Elevator is popular in countries along the 'Belt and Road'.
On the 21st, in the No. 6 production plant of Guizhou AVIC Elevator Co., Ltd. in Huichuan District, Zunyi City, staff were busy operating machinery to produce elevator components. Shearing, punching, bending, welding, spraying... all processes were proceeding in an orderly manner.
Founded in 2004, AVIC Elevator is the only advanced equipment manufacturing enterprise in Guizhou that integrates elevator design, production, installation, renovation, and maintenance. It has been recognized as a provincial-level technology center, a specialized and innovative enterprise, a national 'Contract-abiding and Trustworthy' enterprise, and one of the first pilot demonstration units for 'Guizhou Industrial Cloud Big Data' and 'Guizhou Intelligent Manufacturing'.
In 2019, leveraging the momentum of the 'Belt and Road', the company 'opened' the door to overseas markets, achieving a successful start by exporting elevators to countries such as Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, and Oman that year.
Since then, 'export' has become an important part of AVIC Elevator's development landscape. In 2020, AVIC Elevator established a branch in Shanghai, mainly responsible for foreign trade.
In July this year, at the 15th China International Elevator Exhibition, AVIC Elevator signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan's elevator company KAZ LIFT, establishing a strategic partnership for resource sharing and win-win cooperation, fully leveraging both parties' advantages in resources and technology to promote mutual development.
In recent years, the company has received cooperation invitations from enterprises in countries such as Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.Currently, AVIC Elevator has exported about 200 elevators.In addition to selling elevators, in July this year, the company also sent technical personnel to Uzbekistan for technical guidance, further expanding its overseas market.
Installing door machines, hanging door panels, wiring... In Samarkand International Tourism Institute, over 5000 kilometers away in Uzbekistan, AVIC Elevator's technician, 35-year-old Wang Lifu, is busy installing the elevator door system with local staff.
From the site shaft survey in July to the technical guidance trip to Uzbekistan in October, during this period, Wang Lifu has been traveling back and forth in Samarkand, Tashkent, Navoi, and other areas of Uzbekistan.
He is responsible for on-site technical guidance and debugging of elevators.With over 200 patents; a talent reserve of over 300 people; a 5G industrial internet empowerment service platform that can effectively collect and share operational data, achieving efficient integration of logistics, capital flow, and information flow, and opening up data sharing channels for every link from elevator design, production, sales, installation, maintenance, to renovation...
