On January 5, the reporter visited Unit 2, Building 1, Wenfeng Tingcui Community to check the elevator operation here. Reporters saw on the negative floor of Unit 2 of Building 1 that the two elevators were operating normally. Taking one of the elevators to the top floor, I found that when the elevator was closed, it made a loud noise. There is still a serious jitter phenomenon in the process of elevator ascent. When the elevator descends, the jitter is stronger than when it rises, which makes people feel a little scared.

The reporter took another elevator to the top floor. Although this elevator was also accompanied by abnormal noise, the shaking feeling was significantly lower than that of the previous elevator.After many rides, the reporter found that when the elevator rose to the 10th floor, the shaking feeling gradually became strong, and the shaking feeling would continue in the process of descending from the top floor.

Ms. Ma, a resident of the community who just walked out of the elevator, told reporters that these two elevators often have problems. One of the elevators has just been repaired, but there are still noises and tremors during operation. The other elevator shook so much that it rarely took it. Ms. Ma pointed to the elevator with serious jitter and said that the elevator is the main facility of the community and should be repaired in time to eliminate hidden dangers.

Subsequently, the reporter went to the relevant company responsible for the property service of the community to ask about the elevator related problems. The staff said that during the investigation of the property, it was found that there was abnormal noise and jitter of the elevator on some floors of the community. The main reason was that some parts of the elevator were aging.The reason for the above phenomenon in the two elevators in Unit 2 of Building 1 is that the balance compensation chains and guide rails of the two elevators are aging.On January 4, the elevator maintenance company has checked the two elevators. Although they are accompanied by abnormal noise and jitter, there are no potential safety hazards. At present, the elevators are operating normally.

In addition, the property company is applying for special maintenance funds to replace the main parts of the two elevators in response to the needs of the owners.Two weeks ago, the owner's opinion on the application for maintenance funds was issued to the building manager. The property company is also actively preparing various application materials. However, the project involves many departments, the process is more complicated, and it takes a long time. However, it will be processed as soon as possible to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.
