AVIC Elevator Launching 2018 New Employee Induction Training and Quality Development Activities

2018 is the most critical year for the transformation and upgrading of AVIC Elevator. In this year, the company welcomed more than 130 new colleagues. In order to promote new employees to smoothly adapt to the company's environment and new jobs, enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, and cultivate employees' sense of belonging, AVIC Elevator launched the 2018 new employee induction training and quality development activities on November 3, 2018.

The event kicked off with the speech of Comrade Fan Chuanchi, deputy general manager of the company. He first expressed his warm welcome and ardent expectation to the new employees on behalf of the company. At the same time, he also put forward four requirements, hoping that everyone will work in the future.Understand and insist on "success without arrogance, modesty and self-discipline, life without end, self-denial",Strive to be talented people with both ability and political integrity; be down-to-earth, diligent in learning and thoughtful in their posts,Do those ordinary and subtle, seemingly ordinary work well and do it well, combine personal ideals and ambitions with the strategic goals of the enterprise, and realize personal social value.Later, Wang Fuye, deputy minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, shared the 10 basic qualities of new employees. Liu Xiaoyan, deputy minister of the Human Resources Department, explained the employee code of conduct and personnel management system. Zou Yang, Quality and Safety Department, conducted a case study and standard explanation on production safety and occupational health.

In the quality development training, all the new employees were divided into six groups on average under the guidance of the coach. The team leader and political commissar of each group were selected by self-recommend and team member election, and the team name and song were determined by brainstorming. In the following challenging projects, the team members pooled their wisdom and worked together. With the concerted efforts of everyone, they completed the specified tasks with thinking and sweat, and shared the joy of success and the passion of challenge. In the course of the activity, everyone actively participated, faced difficulties, boldly challenged themselves, encouraged each other, did not escape, did not give up, all teams successfully completed the training of various expansion projects. In the process of training, the team members fully realized the management consciousness and art closely related to the work, such as team trust, effective communication, empathy, reasonable organization, leadership, execution and team cooperation.



This activity effectively enhanced the self-confidence and communication skills of the new employees participating in the training, and enhanced the sense of unity and cooperation of the new employees. Through mutual exchanges and learning, everyone realized the importance of mutual trust, teamwork and innovation, which played a positive role in improving work efficiency, enhancing communication and coordination among various departments, and improving execution.
