On June 25, 2019, when the law enforcement officers of Linhe District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau inspected the elevator maintenance of xx Company, they found that they did not clean, lubricate, adjust and inspect the elevator every 15 days as required. According to the second paragraph of Article 31 of the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, "Elevators shall be cleaned, lubricated, adjusted and inspected at least once every 15 days" and the first paragraph of Article 83 of the Regulations, "In case of any of the following circumstances, the special equipment safety supervision and administration department shall order it to make corrections within a time limit. If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be fined between 2000 yuan and 20000 yuan.
