High-speed growth in the spring breeze of reform and opening up
After the establishment of AVIC Elevator in 2004, it has been tepid due to lack of experience in civilian products management and market insight. Until 2008, through internal rectification and transformation and upgrading, we gradually embarked on the fast track of development. In 2016, in order to continuously improve the production capacity and scientific and technological innovation strength of enterprises and meet the greater market demand, we decided to build new factories and modern production lines relying on the government's policy of "withdrawing from the city and entering the park.
In April 2017, the 12th provincial Party Congress was held, proposing to comprehensively deepen reform, opening up and innovation in the next five years. We quickly responded to the call, fully grasped the policy dividend, accelerated the transformation and upgrading, and greatly improved the output value and production capacity, ushering in a stage of rapid development. Whether it is market development or technological innovation, we have achieved impressive results.
A good business environment is a fertile ground for enterprise development. Over the past five years, Guizhou has continued to optimize the business environment, and the brand of "noble service" has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people, making our development more at ease, rest assured, comfortable and worry-free.
After moving into the new factory area, in order to improve the production efficiency, we purchased advanced robot production equipment in the new production workshop, introduced "MES" and "ERP" information management systems, and built a fully automated production line. The production capacity increased from 1200 units before "returning to the city and entering the park" to 15000 units.
After the increase in production capacity, we quickly turned our eyes to the provincial and international markets. Through the establishment of branches, offices and other ways, the company's products have been all over the country. In October 2019, we made full use of the new export opportunities of the "Belt and Road" to go global, and with the advantages of advanced design concepts and high-quality products, we successfully won the Kyrgyzstan project order, which opened the prelude to the world of Guizhou elevators. At present, AVIC elevator products have been exported to Eastern Europe, Central Asia, East Asia and other regions.
In addition, since the installation of elevators in old buildings was written into the government work report in 2018, we have actively explored effective ways to quickly solve the problems related to the installation of elevators in old residential areas by setting up professional old building installation teams, establishing joint ventures with local enterprises, and cooperating with the government.
Science and technology is the first productive force. While expanding the market, in the past five years, we have invested at least tens of millions of yuan in special funds for technological innovation and research and development. The number of patents owned by AVIC Elevator has increased from 29 in 2014 to more than 200 now. We respond to the call of "Made in China 2025" and use "Internet" and big data to independently develop the elevator Internet of Things public service platform. The platform can realize the functions of 24-hour remote monitoring of elevators, fault prediction, automatic fault alarm, rapid rescue of trapped people, etc. Through the collection and analysis of elevator operation data, the whole life cycle file is established for each elevator, making the maintenance process more transparent and the record more accurate.
Through five years of hard work, we have transformed and upgraded from a traditional "manufacturing service" enterprise to a new type of enterprise with "intelligent manufacturing and smart service.
In my opinion, the company's achievements in the past five years are actually a microcosm of Guizhou's reform and development. Through a series of strong measures, Guizhou has created favorable conditions for the rapid development, opening and innovation of our enterprises. This year, the introduction of the Guofa [2022] No. 2 document, so that the future work planning and development goals of AVIC Elevator more clearly, greatly enhanced the company's determination and confidence in the vision of "building a world-class elevator enterprise.
Guizhou proposes to continue to polish the brand of "noble service", treat the main body of the market as a "noble", and focus on the cycle, take the enterprise as the most expensive, the contract as the most expensive, the efficiency as the most expensive, and the rule of law as the most expensive, so that enterprises can feel at ease, rest assured, comfortable and worry-free.
