2019 Belt and Road Initiative and BRICS skills Development and technological Innovation Competition the first Elevator Engineering and Technology Competition has come to an end, and AVIC Elevator once again shows the business card of the highest representative of the national elevator skill level with the first overall score. In order to further enhance the training of the company's elevator installation and maintenance skills, and make the company truly become the cradle of China's elevator skills training, on the afternoon of August 23, the company organized a symposium on the theme of "how to train reserve talents. The symposium was presided over by Yang Xiancheng, director of the company's R & D center and gold medal coach of the competition.
Participating in this symposium were not only contestants and mentors, but also 27 outstanding young employee representatives. At the meeting, everyone first congratulated the two comrades Long Shengming and Li Kaixiang who achieved excellent results in this competition, and then expressed their opinions and summarized, shared and exchanged views on the competition. The young workers present deeply felt the gap between themselves and the national elevator skills experts, and showed a strong willingness to learn.
 
   
Yang Xiancheng pointed out that the positioning and standard understanding of this competition are quite different from those in the past. What is tested is the ability of the contestants to fight alone. In addition to solid basic skills, they also need to have systematic thinking and language organization ability. They can integrate the eight technical modules in the assessment and finally form a written summary material. In the training of reserve talents in the company, he proposed: first, to set up five skilled reserve personnel training teams; second, to standardize the work process and carry out VR module training; third, to establish unified and standardized training materials; fourth, to require young workers to do a good job in demand planning and career planning for ability improvement.
 
 
Finally, Zhang Weihua, deputy secretary of the party committee of the company, stressed that the follow-up personnel training should not be aimed at participating in the competition, but should aim at improving the overall skill level of the company's elevator installation and maintenance workers and improving the company's service quality, and make full use of the model worker studio to give full play to the functions of "passing, helping and bringing. At the same time, he placed ardent expectations on the growth and success of the company's young employees, hoping that everyone can win the recognition and respect of customers and society through their own excellent technology and services, and achieve the future of AVIC Elevator.
