According to the staff, the community applied for the annual inspection of 20 elevators this time, but 6 elevators had serious problems. The property took the initiative to shut down the elevators, and nearly half of the remaining 14 had relatively minor problems and had been rectified within a time limit. For the six elevators with serious problems, the annual inspection will be carried out again after the property company purchases the replacement parts and installs them.
