On February 11, the Heli Fire Rescue Station received a dispatch from the Changsha Fire Command Center saying: A person from Liansheng Home in Huangxing Town, Changsha County accidentally fell into the elevator shaft and was unable to get out of trouble. The situation was critical. He Li fire rescue station immediately dispatched two fire engines and 16 fire rescue personnel to the scene for disposal.

After the fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene, after the scene investigation and understanding,A man accidentally fell to the bottom of an elevator shaft about 5 metres deep while repairing an elevator circuit.The elevator shaft is roughly square in shape with exposed edge steel bars. After the fire rescue personnel asked, the man's body parts have varying degrees of pain, suspected fracture, has temporarily lost the ability to act independently.

 

The light in the well is fuzzy, but the air circulation is good, and the trapped personnel are emotionally stable. At the scene, after understanding the situation, the commander quickly issued a rescue order: arrange two firefighters with rich rescue experience to wear personal protective equipment, and carry multi-function stretchers and limb fixing airbags to go down the well for rescue; at the same time, set up a warning group to evacuate the onlookers and ask the communicator to call 120 emergency number immediately; the remaining personnel should do a good job of protection to ensure the safety of rescue personnel going down the well. In the process of rescue, firefighters fixed and simple on-site first aid to the trapped people to help the injured stabilize their injuries. Other protection personnel used ropes to pull up the stretcher and assisted the two firefighters in the elevator shaft to transport the trapped people from the underground. After half an hour of intense rescue, the trapped people were successfully rescued, and the firefighters handed them over to the on-site medical staff and sent them to the hospital for treatment.

 

The fire department reminded that when implementing risky operations, operators must take safety protection measures to prevent accidents; in case of accidents, they can call 119 in time to call the fire rescue department for help.
