On August 24, 2023, the "2023 'Belt and Road Initiative' and the Fifth Elevator Engineering Technology Competition of the BRICS Skills Development and Technological Innovation Competition" was successfully concluded in Dezhou, Shandong. AVIC Elevator selected three team members to participate in the competition. After fierce competition, AVIC Elevator employee Xie Daohong won the first prize, and employees Deng Xingzhao and Zhang Jianlan won the second prize.
