世纪唐人5号楼“电梯惊魂” 2月3日，世纪唐人中心5号楼居民反映，春节期间电梯频繁出现故障、电梯门经常卡顿、按键时常乱码、多次发生滑落事件，很多居民不敢坐电梯，此外小区还存在单元门破损严重、楼道上霜、消防设施不完善等诸多问题亟待解决。 2月4日上午，记者来到龙凤区世纪唐人中心小区，对此事进行了走访调查。 2月4日9时许，世纪唐人中心小区居民马女士告诉记者：“5号楼共有3个单元，去年以来，这3个单元的电梯经常出现故障，不是电梯门关不上，就是人被困在电梯里，坠落事件时有发生，好在没有发生伤人事件；今年春节期间，电梯井道经常传出流水声，电梯故障更加严重，出现按键乱码、多层按钮同时闪亮等故障。” 5号楼2单元一位居民说，最近这几年，小区出现了很多问题，电梯经常这样，物业始终没有修复。 5号楼2单元一位女士说：“两天前我在一楼等电梯，可是电梯停在8楼不动了，当天，一位小伙子乘坐电梯从顶楼直接坠落到8楼，幸亏当时电梯坠落速度不快，从那之后，我一坐电梯就害怕。” 记者采访时电梯出现故障，记者被困电梯内 电梯井道有漏点 2月4日上午，记者在世纪唐人中心采访时发现，5号楼3个单元，每个单元有两部电梯。 1单元紧邻单元门的电梯，处于停用状态，电梯前放置着警示标牌，上面写着：“正在保养中停止使用”。 楼道里侧另一部电梯，还在运转。 在两个电梯间门前，记者都能够清晰地听到电梯井道中传出的流水声。 有居民告诉记者，不知是自来水管线还是供热管线，一直在漏水，目前电梯存在一系列问题，都是因为电梯井道漏水，导致电梯电路出现了问题。 “漏水容易导致电梯上锈、电路短路、漏电，电梯间是金属轿厢，一旦发生电击事故，后果不堪设想，你看看，这些按键同时亮。”居民马女士说。 对此龙政街道工作人员表示：“电梯井道底部坑内进水，导致电梯出现故障，目前物业部门找到漏水点，已经安排工作人员抽水。” 世纪唐人小区存在的其他问题 采访中出现故障 当日10时许，记者试乘1单元电梯时，电梯发生了故障，记者被困在电梯里，虽然被困时间不长，但是整个过程可以用“心惊胆战”来形容，事发经过记者用手机拍摄下来。 当日10时4分，记者按亮了2楼按键，电梯到了2楼按键灭了，随即电梯门发出“咔嚓咔嚓”的响声，电梯门缓缓打开10厘米缝隙后，5秒后电梯门突然关闭，记者在没有按键的情况下，电梯自行快速抖动上行。 13秒后，电梯到了3楼，伴着刺耳的响声，电梯门自行打开，同时多个按键突然闪亮，并发出刺耳的响声。 当记者准备按动报警键时，电梯直接到达9楼，在无人按键的前提下，从9楼一直到16楼，每到一层都有几秒钟的停留。 从电梯发生故障，到记者走出电梯，虽然只用了一分钟的时间，但整个过程惊心动魄。 居民“六问”物业 世纪唐人中心5号楼共21层，3个单元，每个单元每层4户，共有252户。居民反映6部电梯都发生过此类故障。 针对小区存在的其他诸多问题，居民提出六个问题，希望唐人中心物业管理服务部门——万联城服世纪唐人中心项目部给出答复。 一问：故障电梯何时彻底修复？ 二问：楼道上霜似冰窖，何时解决？ 三问：破损单元门、配电箱间和楼道板何时更换修复？ 四问：部分单元消防栓缺失水带、消防栓里没有水，配套设施何时完善？ 五问：楼道堆积的杂物何时清理？ 六问：地下停车场漏水问题何时根治？ 针对居民提出的问题，万联城服世纪唐人中心项目部工作人员表示，居民反映的以上问题确实存在，物业部门都在陆续解决，工作人员将及时把这些问题汇总向主管领导汇报，争取和相关部门联动，在最短的时间内解决。 文章来源：大庆晚报 如有侵权，联系立删
